Below are answers to some general questions we get. Don't let the answers discourage you from calling/emailing us however,
as some of the information may slightly vary per event and exceptions can be made at times.
| How far do you travel? |
| We are located in Ohio, so we cover a majority of Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, |

| How does the horse and carriage get to an event? |
| Both horse and carriage are transported by truck & trailer to your event, and then hitched up on site. |
| |
| What is your cost structure? |
| We base our costs on how far we have to travel to your event, what you want us to do, and so on...almost everything
is included in one flat rate. |

| What is the required down payment? |
| We require a down payment of 50% of your total balance. |

| What payment methods do you
currently accept? |
| Right now we accept only Check, Money Order or Credit Card. |
| |
| What about gratuities? |
| Although gratuities are greatly appreciated by the driver, they are between you and the driver and are not included in the price quotes. |

| How far in advance do we need
to book the carriage or sleigh? |
| We always say the sooner the better, but you can sometimes book
an event a week away from date. |
| |
| What can we do with your carriage
service? Any Limitations? |
| We always say "the sky's the limit", we have
to stay from major highways or intersates though. |
| |
| What if it rains/snows/etc? |
| We can still do your event without a problem. For our Victorian Carriage we have a clear
enclosure that wraps around the carriage. |

| Do we need special permits? |
| No. The horse and carriage has the same "rights" to the road as any other vehicle. |
| |
| How many people do your carriages/sleigh
seat? |
| Each of the two carriage can fit four people comfortably,
however more can fit depending on the size.
The sleigh can hold 8 without a problem. |
| |
| Do you decorate that carriage? |
| Yes we do, we try to match the wedding colors the best
we can. |
| |
| What does the driver wear? |
| Usually a tuxedo with tails and a top hat, however if
you have a themed wedding, we can meet your need with those
also. |

| What color & kind of horses
do you use? |
| The kind of horses we have are Percherons, we have 2 white
and 1 black. |
| |
| Do the horses leave 'droppings' on the street? |
| No, the horses wear 'Diapers' which catch any manure. |
| |
