Below are answers to some general questions we get. Don't let the answers discourage you from calling/emailing us however,
as some of the information may slightly vary per event and exceptions can be made at times.
| How far do you travel? |
| We travel up to approximately 3 hours from our home location. |

| What is your cost structure? |
| We base our costs on how far we have to travel, everything
is included in one flat rate. |

| What is the required deposit? |
| We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. |

| What payment methods do you
currently accept? |
| Right now we accept only Check or Money Order. |

| How far in advance do we need
to book the carriage or sleigh? |
| We always say the sooner the better, but you can book
at least a week away from your event. |

| What can we do with your carriage
service? Any Limitations? |
| We always say "anything within reason", we have
to stay from major highways or intersates though. |
| |
| What if it rains/snows/etc? |
| We can still do your event, we have protective covers
for the carriages to protect the riders. |

| What color & kind of horses
do you use? |
| The kind of horses we have are Percherons, we have 2 white
and 2 black. |

| Do you decorate that carriage? |
| Yes we do, we try to match the wedding colors the best
we can. |
| |
| What does the driver wear? |
| Usually a tuxedo with tails and a top hat, however if
you have a themed wedding, we can meet your need with those
also. |

| How many people do your carriages/sleigh
seat? |
| Each of the two carriage can fit four people comfortably,
however more can fit depending on the size of the people.
The sleigh can hold 8. |
